Update Profile Execution Priorities

Updates the priority (orderIndex) of multiple profiles in one call. Lower orderIndex = higher priority. On each device only one priority profile (typeOfAllowMultiProfile: false) runs - the one with the lowest orderIndex whose conditions are met - so this order decides which profile a device applies when several are attached to its groups. Requires the 'profile priority' permission.

Request example (a list of {id, orderIndex} pairs; profiles not listed keep their current value):

[
  { "id": "665f2a91c33e5b4ea1d7f003", "orderIndex": 0 },
  { "id": "665f2a91c33e5b4ea1d7f004", "orderIndex": 1 }
]

Devices pick up the new order on their next sync.
