Finalizes a file uploaded via getpresignurl. Moves the uploaded file to permanent storage and returns, under data.info:

• data.info.uploadedFileUrl - the download URL. Pass this as fileLocation when saving the repository item with savefiledata. In some deployments this is a signed URL with a long expiry, so use it as fileLocation rather than archiving it for direct downloads.
• data.info.properties.fileSize - the file size in bytes. Include it in the properties map of savefiledata.
• data.info.sha256 - an opaque content-derived identifier of the uploaded file (the field name is historical; do not assume a specific hash algorithm).

The uuid path parameter is the value returned by getpresignurl. Set hashFromETag=true to skip the server-side hash computation for very large files.

Note: result is SUCCESS even when no uploaded file was found for the uuid - always check whether data.info is null.
